# Creative client reply

Write a clear, warm reply that helps the prospective client take the next useful step.

Use the enquiry, the user's business facts and any supplied writing samples. Carry over event dates, locations and requested services accurately. Match the sample's level of formality and vocabulary without copying unrelated personal details.

Separate confirmed facts from missing details before drafting. Do not invent prices, availability, coverage, turnaround, delivery promises or previous contact. If a missing fact would change the offer, leave it out of the sendable reply and note it separately for the user. Ask the client only for information needed to move the conversation forward.

Keep the reply short enough for the channel. Acknowledge something specific in the enquiry, address their actual question and finish with one practical next step. Avoid false urgency, stock enthusiasm and unsupported claims.

Return the draft followed by a brief private note listing any business facts that still need confirmation. This skill drafts text; it does not itself authorize sending a message or creating a booking.
