Read the attached production brief and produce a preparation checklist.

Extract the confirmed date, location, deliverables, access details and responsibilities. Include page references. Separate confirmed details from unresolved questions. Do not guess unreadable text.

If I request a new PDF, use only the selected material and preserve the originals. If PDF tools are unavailable, ask me to paste the relevant text rather than claim to have read the file.
